Foam-backed heat induction sealing liner is an innovative gasket that uses PE foam to replace the cardboard backing of traditional two piece induction foil liner, resulting in a better sealing effect. Even after the aluminum foil of the sealing layer is opened, the PE foaming part left in the cap will continue to ensure a good sealing effect after the bottle cap is tightened due to its good elasticity and sealing performance, thereby prolonging the shelf life of the product.

This gasket is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries. The COMPOSITION can be customized to apply to different materials such as PET/PE/PP/GLASS/PVC etc.
