1. Introduction

FUOOTECH’s ZY-M Mobile Type Single-stage Vacuum Transformer oil purifier is mainly designed for the power station, industrial and mining enterprises to purify the unqualified transformer oil when power transformer below 110 kV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.

Series ZY-M Mobile oil treatment plant is developed by FUOOTECH’s technical staff on the basis of Portable Single-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier Series ZY. It has the same function of removing liquid water, trace water, gas, particles from oil quickly and effectively, improving oil dielectric strength (BDV Value), effectively making sure electrical equipment working safely and normally.

This portable transformer oil filtration machine is made in mobile type along with Mobile Trailer (single-axle and double-axle are available as per need) which can be mounted on motor vehicle to move to any outside fields by public roads to proceed the treatment works at outdoors.

2. Why need purify transformer oil?

Dissolved gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, and overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Likewise, water contamination above 50 ppm (parts per million) can adversely affect the insulating strength of the oil. With ever-increasing standards for energy efficiency of power distribution transformers, the need to effectively degas will become even more important in the future. particles contamination will also affect the function of insulating oil. So we need to purify the used transformer oil.

6) Using famous brands of filter elements for removing various sizes of particles inthe oil.

7) Imported High density electrical heater system through special indrect heating method, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe and reliable.

8) Specially applied to proceed vacuum oil filling and drying (Hot Oil Circulation / on-site Drying) for electrical power equipments which are below 110KV.

9) Highly automated control: this oil purifying machine employs the excellent and trustworthy automatic components such as automatic temperature control, automatic oil level control, automatic defoaming control, automatic pressure protection, etc., to guarrantee the vacuum degasfier under normal and continuous operation safetly and stably without oil spray and leakages.
