Manufacturing range

Outside diameter pipe: from 6” to 48”
Wall thickness outer pipe: from 6 to 40 mm
Length range: 6m and 12 m 
Applications : Oil and Gas (E&P drilling, transportation, transmission), water and sewage, marine industry, refining, petrochemical, power, desalination, mining. 

Materials

The weld surfacing systems apply corrosion resistant alloys to a variety of backing materials, such as carbon manganese, low alloy steels, hi-yield Grades.
Overlay layer may be SS304L, SS316L, SS317L, SS410, alloy 625 and others.

This process is proven to significantly enhance the service life of components.
