Introduction
The choke and kill manifold is necessary equipment for successful control on well kick and implementation of oil and gas well pressure control technologies.If a hydraulic control cabinet is deployed, the system can realize remote control functions.
It is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec. 16C/6A, and they have been licensed to bear the logos of AP Spec.16C/6A. They can be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of users.
Feature
1.The outlet connection of the manifolds are all in compliance with API Spec 6A and can be used together with other devices that meet the requirements of API Spec 6A.
2.They can be used with an ambient temperature of -45oC
3.The plate valve is made of corrosion resistance and erosion resistance materials. The rams and valve seat are welded in alloy material so they have good tightness and are safety and reliable
The core and seat of throttle valve are made of hard alloy materials with good washout resistance, besides they can be used upside down, which have significantly increased the service life of valves. The system has large valve cavity and adopts plunger type valve core structure. Compared with the normal acicular throttle valves, these products have relatively larger flow rate and can reduce the vibration and noise during the throttle process.
